     We accept Visa/MasterCard, Discover, checks and cash.

Two-night weekend minimum is required July through October.
(Thursday and Friday or Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.)

Cancellations made at least ten days prior to your reservation date  will not be charged. Cancellations made within ten days of your arrival will be charged for the full amount of the stay unless we can rebook your room. We will make every effort to do so. If we cannot book your room we will issue you an Inn at Sweet Water Farm gift certificate for the full amount you have been charged to use in the future.

Check in any time after 3PM. Check out is 11AM. A later check out can be arraigned when possible for an additional cost per hour. Let us know ahead!
