Fresh Herb Omelet with Farmhouse Cheddar and Toast
Sweet Water Breakfast: My version is a soft-cooked egg with toast soldiers, a little cheese, a little seasonal fruit and a slice or two of breakfast meat. You can make up your own version if you'd prefer.
Muesli (Swiss style) which means rolled oats, fresh fruit, golden raisins, local yogurt and honey with walnuts on top...creamy delicious!
Old-fashioned Stove-top Rice Pudding served cold with rose petal confiture and slivered almonds or warm with raisins and honey.
Plain and Simple: Two Eggs with Toast
Pancakes with Seasonal Fruit and Maple Syrup
Blueberry Almond Granola with a pitcher of cream (okay, okay...or milk)
Cornmeal-crusted Fried Rabbit with Chive Buttermilk Biscuits and Scrambled Eggs (Sundays only)
Scones and Muffins
Croissant with Jam

Look for the Daily Special on the blackboard.
Coffee or tea is on the sideboard by 7am and is included with breakfast.
