Two-night weekend minimum is required July through October.(Thursday and Friday or Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.) A three-night minimum is required on the 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.

 

We charge you for your first night only when you make a reservation. Your balance is due when you check-in. If you need cancel 10 day or more before your stay, we refund the full amount minus a $25.00 processing fee. We regret but must firmly inform you that there is no refund for your first night reservation charge for cancellations within ten days of your stay. Departure before final date of reservation will be charged as originally confirmed. Cancellations on the day of arrival and non-arrivals are charged the full amount of the stay. With that said, we hope you don't need to cancel and look forward to making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay with us.
